Why I Wear A Collar

Collars add the whimsical bit of color to ginger fur while the bell allows me to be heard with every step.

If I want to be a stealth cat, I remove my collar.

I wear my blue/green collar for everyday and a red collar for liturgical high holidays.

Do you wear a cat collar?

Keep your fur clean,

Whistle

Dear Whistle,
While I do not wear a collar, my kitties do. The only problem is they leave them in the flowerbeds at my neighbor's houses!!
Do you know how I can help them keep their collars?
Love,
Aunt Songbird

I don't wear a collar. I am a City Cat. Mama says that City Cats do not get to go outside. We must stay inside and guard the apartment.

I think I would look very sassy with a bright red collar against my black and white fur. But I don't have one.

Tallis the Magnificent here...My diminutive mother, Queen Chloe, and I both wear collars as we recognise that they set off our colouring to perfection...Hers is red and mine a dignified masculine blue...Mine also feature a pleasing harmonious chime, which encourages my humans to stand to attention as I enter the room.
My disreputable pirate uncle Teddy, however, has discarded all such trappings of civilisation along with his right front leg, and says you cannot buckles swashes while collared. My human wears a collar alot of the time as well, but hers is white and noiseless and very very boring.
